Why are aseptic bag-in-boxes the best choice for storing fresh cream?

Cream is a product obtained by centrifuging fresh milk. The cream we use in baking is generally referred to as "cream", also called "fresh cream". Its fat content is around 35%. Because of its high nutrient content, if you leave the cream outside during the summer months, or in a room at or above 75 degrees Fahrenheit, the bacteria may begin multiplying in unsafe numbers in as little as an hour .
